Refund/ Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details;
- Photo of product with manufacturing defects
- Explanation of the issue with your order
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange 1-1 exchange via courier service Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the event if your item does not fit, we'll be happy to do an exchange if the item is still in stock and should be initiated within 7 days upon receiving the parcel. Any exchanges requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
All approved exchanges will be done 1-1 exchange via courier service and exchanges to be done at our warehouse are strictly not allowed. An additional shipping fee of $3.90 will be borne by the buyer for us to ship you the new item.
Kindly note that only a one-time exchange per order is allowed.
We enforce a strict no refund policy across all products. With the exception of manufacturing defects or sold-out items, we will verify and notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
