SHIPPING
Upon payment verification, your order will dispatch out within 48 hours from our warehouse.

HOW IS FAILED DELIVERY PROCESSED?
Our delivery agents will make two attempts to deliver a package and they may require a signature upon delivery. It is generally up to the delivery agent’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the agent will contact the recipient using the given contact number to rearrange for another delivery date. If the recipient fails to receive the package after the two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Venivoir Singapore.
LOST/ STOLEN MAIL
Venivoir Singapore will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refund or replacements will be provided. However, we will do our very best to help you locate for your lost mail.
Please kindly ensure that your mailing address provided is correct. Venivoir Singapore will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please note that any additional shipping charges for attempted delivery and returning shipping charges will be borne by customer.
